        The most over price gym rude stuff and place looks run down a lot of reviews are click bait and was most likely paid by the owner cos he is a low life with two much money to know what he is doing

        Quality facilities and friendly faces. Excellent boxing coach too and classes / group sessions available along with muay thai and BJJ. If you're interested in doing gym and getting buff along with learning legit self defence at affordable prices, then this is the place to go! Been several times and loving the atmosphere, very professional feel to it and good vibes!
