Working on our bathroom with Bespoke Carpentry was an easy and relaxed process with an outstanding result. The initial design ideas and sourcing of products was exciting. Hani was very responsive and did an excellent job at finding items we liked at a suitable price. The team on site were highly professional and kept us up to date with the progress of the works and any issues that arose. The attention to detail and the forethought they exhibited when potential design decisions needed to be made was exceptional. We have a stunning bathroom and would without doubt use Ronan and his team again and recommended them to others.

What a great team, a joy to work with from design, through sourcing products and materials to the final completion. This included me changing and extending the brief half way through . I now have 2 beautiful spa like bathrooms. Attention to detail and customer communication is first rate. Cant recommend them highly enough

After noticing a damp area behind the shower wall when replacing a shower unit, we uncovered a major leak in the loft cavity and water damage to some roof beams. Bespoke turned up immediately and supported us with the Insurance application claim and then quickly repaired the beams and refitted the bathroom to a very high standard. We had our kitchen converted by Bespoke. We've had building work done in the past which went badly wrong so we were very cautious about embarking on what felt like a major job in our house. Bespoke came highly recommended and what first impressed me about Ronan was that he actually answered my initial inquiry quickly (whereas other builders we contacted took ages to get back to us!). Ronan called round and immediately struck me as very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We agreed on a start date and Ronan and his guys turned up on that date bright and early. From the beginning he made us feel part of a team, always ready to offer advice and guidance if needed. He and his men carried out all of the work as per our agreed spec and time frame in a very professional manner. They worked tirelessly to complete our kitchen to a very high standard, they were always considerate and clean. Ronan's work ethic is impressive, his care and attention to detail meant we ended up with the kitchen we had always wanted. He left our house and kitchen in pristine condition. Bespoke is not the cheapest but in this case you get what you pay for. We're hoping to have more work done in the future and I definitely would not want to use anyone but Bespoke. If only all builders were made this way!
