Although Fiona Copley sounds a nice person on the telephone, she has over promised and under delivered for over a month. This was in relation to a Lunch Party to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary. As a result the party has had to be cancelled, since no other caterers can now make that date. You cannot begin to imagine how disappointed we are, having waited 50 years for this, and actually found one date when all our family and friends could get together. Well Thank You Fiona. I therefore suggest you avoid Copley Catering like the plague and do not use them under any circumstances.

I have worked with Fiona on many occasions and have always loved the food she creates; so when she catered for our wedding I knew we were in safe hands. Considering the difficulties of the last couple of years and how small of a team Copleys Food is, Fiona and Maz went above and beyond, creating a wonderful afternoon tea and what some guests referred to as "the best barbecue we've ever had!"

We booked Fiona and her team to cater our wedding at Henry Moore Studios & Gardens and could not be happier that we did. Fiona was a dream to work with, very thorough, personable, and adaptable. We went for a more casual buffet as opposed to a traditional wedding breakfast, and she did an incredible job creating a menu and experience that reflected our personal tastes and desired "vibe," even going as far as (phenomenally) recreating a recipe from my German family. I am vegetarian and we had a few rather restrictive dietary requirements among the guests, and Fiona made sure that there was plenty of delicious food for everyone. We received so many compliments on the food; the pastor and his wife (who, as one can imagine, have been to their fair share of weddings) said it was the best wedding dinner they've ever had. Fiona also provided drinks, including craft cocktail recipes which I provided, and they tasted as good as if I'd made them myself (and I am very picky about my cocktails!). The staff were also wonderful on the day. Everyone was super pleasant and very attentive. When we were doing photos and canapes, the servers all made sure that I got enough to eat as the bride, encouraging me to take two or three delicious nibbles every time they came around. It was so thoughtful of them to look out for me and I appreciate it so much. Long story short, Copleys Catering is phenomenal and I couldn't be happier with how the food and drinks turned out. Thank you Fiona!
