The shop is no longer on site. Spent ages looking for the unit as the address does not match up. Finally found it and the unit next door said he hasnt seen anyone in a couple of months.

Out of business. I cycled all the way from Harlow but then found out by people in the area that the shop closed permanently 6 weeks ago.

I am owed over 1600 by bikeactive. I purchased a nukeproof frame in December 2021, prepared to wait for delivery, I decided to cancel order in February 2022 as I had no response when asking for delivery times. I Did manage to speak on the phone a few times regarding a refund and was told that they'd issue it straight away on three separate occasions. but nothing happened. Now I am unable to contact bikeactive by any means. they do not answer the phone, reply to email or messages through instagram. After reading several other reviews I can see plenty of examples of bike actives poor or non existing customer service. This is my final attempt at contacting bikeactive before raising the issue with trading standards.

I would strongly advise anyone thinking of using Bike Active to think again. I ordered an Ibis Ripmo and paid for it in full because I was told it was in stock. Over 6 weeks later I still did not have the bike (after endless obscure explanations from Rob why it had not been sent to me) so I decided to call the Ibis UK distributor (2 Pure) to find out what was going on. The distributor confirmed that they had never sent a bike to Bike Active. So, Rob had taken my money without ever having a bike. Rob refunded some of my money but I had to chase to recover the rest, without success. My credit card company have now recovered the remaining amount from Bike Active
