        Its in a beautiful location just past rivelin. not too far for regular visits staff very friendly and helpful. Residents are well looked after views are just amazing in conservatory seating area mum really enjoyed her stay there .

        Excellent... real CARING goes on here.. the premises are more 'homely' than 'clinical stainless steel' - upgrading is continuous, and doesn't seem to disrupt greatly the day to day lives of vulnerable residents.. We have visited almost daily since my mother moved into the Whitehouse about two years ago, and my mother remains happy and content there, and so are we. Visiting as often as we do gives real insight into the values of a Care Home.. This one has turned out to be one of the best. We chose it initially because it was close enough for us to visit often.. Everyone has different expectations of a Care Home.. our expectations were in the title CARE & HOME. We could not be more pleased with our choice..

        Great staff very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the place needs a lot of cash spending on it. But it's in a great location with good views over the dams. When we were last there work had started on it's upgrade.
