We lost our daughter back in April 2020. John & Jemma were just incredible throughout. They made the worst time of our lives that little bit more bearable with their compassion, empathy and kindness. From the emails to John coming and collecting our daughter, everything they did was amazing. John arrived in a suit as a mark of respect and was so patient while we said our goodbyes and understood that we needed time. They sent regular updates and photos of where our baby was and what she was doing at all times. Unfortunately having her during COVID we were unable to have a ceremony so we had to wait at home until she was brought back to us. We waited no longer than 48 hours, which felt like a life time at the time but although it was fast, none of it ever felt rushed. John travelled over 3 hours to get to us and then he came all the way back to bring our daughter back to us. We were and still are so grateful for everything they did for us back then. When we think of our daughter, we also think of how amazing these two were. We would never of got through those heartbreaking weeks of loosing her and having her cremated without the kindness of John & Jemma. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything. We could never tell you how thankful we are. Youre both amazing people and doing such an amazing job even through your own pain and loss. Absolutely amazing people, very caring and compassionate in your darkest hour, would recommend special care foetal cremations to anyone who is going through a pregnancy loss no matter how early during the pregnancy it is.

When we lost our little boy at 16 weeks we were horrified at the thought of a regular cremation where there would likely be no ashes remaining. Luckily we found Special Care and gave our son a very dignified and loving farewell. John was very helpful and gave us privacy to say goodbye. They deal solely with infancy loss and are extremely understanding and comforting during such difficult circumstances. The surroundings are beautiful and we really can't recommend them highly enough.
