The company where I work is still dealing with a shipment from June last year. They only shipped a portion of our shipment (which had some water damage due to two out of three pallets being cracked open). They ceased communications with our business when we kept asking them deliver our parts. They then refused to do business with us and told us that they can ship the parts to another shipper in England. They were frustrated with our company when they were the ones who have been ignoring our emails and not taking our calls. The incompetency and lack of responsibility is unbelievable. To avoid a similar situation, I strongly recommend you search elsewhere for a transport service.

Took my company to court saying I owed them money why would pallets be collected if I hadn't payed for them beforehand,had all my bank statements to prove it,terrible company legalised criminals trying to add extra charges,and get more money,service is rubbish delivered two pallets to the same person when they were separate delivers then guess what,I had to pay for there mistake,refusing to redeliver there mistake.you don't deserve one star.
