Very unprofessional customer service, answer the phone only to ask you to send email, then fob you off by directing you to distributor or not answering wholesale question at all. They also share my details with othe customers. I have source the product somewhere else and won't deal with them again. In answer to you comment below. Yes you did answer with refusals , despite me explaining my role as consolidation / sourcing agent with customers in many countries and specifically reply to you with explanation that my following request do not regard country that you have you distributor in (who, at the time of first request, had no stock anyway) and delivery address is in UK. All this is irrelevant now, as my customer get Chinese shipment quicker than he thought, so both you and me won't make money on this order and you won't make money on any following orders from me, but thanks to you I have found cheaper source. I do understand that in times of high demand you can choose your customers as you wish, but this won't last forever. Thank you for you prompt answer to my public review on Google.
