They claim that this is for the benifit of the residents, however residents are not allowed to have a visitor for more than 24 hours anymore otherwise they face getting a ticket. They're also not allowed to return within 48 hours!
Purely a money grabbing scheme as they will receive commision for each parking ticket paid.
