I am very unhappy with the services as I have ordered my pair of glasses from them and spent a good amount. I have problem with the glasses and wanted to see them as its really hard to work without the glasses but they don't have time to see their existing customers. The lady was so rude and couldn't even try to solve my issues. I won't recommend the Stanmore branch this is my worst experience with them.

My Wife and I did the whole process of eye tests (including the extra ones, which are charged). Bought a couple of multifocal each. Great service, good quality glasses. happy customers - we are actually using the same branch for about 10 years - and will continue to do so. One comment - please modernise your stock of frames - they do not seem to change for some years now - and if you visit any optician in London - much nicer frames. I am sure it is not an issue of cost - because the branch sell many designers frames

I brought 2 pairs of glasses from these people. They were happy to take my money 3 months later still waiting for 1 pair. I have been in 3 times and given 3 different excuses (They think Im a fool). I tried to call in and every time a answer phone. Rather than chase your bonus try giving customers a good service. The service I have received is below par and disgusting.
