        Today I went to this boutique and was utterly dismissed. I have never experienced such bad customer service. I stood outside and knocked as told by the poster on door, the woman acknowledged me but still decided not to open the door. Another customer inside regarded the situation and told one of the staff members but they simply stood there and continued their conversation. Im disappointed as Ive purchased things from there many times before. I would not recommend.

        Bought a coat from here recently. Service was good. Friendly staff. A nice little store on the high street for the occasional treat. Is pricey but expected.

        Sold an item that are not in stock. I bought boots and paid for it so to receive a reply later saying they don't have it in stock. Why would you sell and advertise something that is not real??? Very disappointing. Used the website for the first time, will never use it again.
