St Luke's Hospice Charity Shop

Used to be mine and many other locals' favourite.Unfortunately,we have to buy dirty,stained or ripped stuff and returns or exchange are not accepted.They put for sale overpriced stuff which in shops are sometimes 3 times cheaper!I have 5 kids and shop there because of my budget,they refused to low the price for a dirty and pen stained jumper,(they said this is the policy ),and 2 days later they reduced a dress for a lady from 15 to 10 pounds in front of me..Maybe she did it on purpose or maybe she just didn't want to reduce the one i wanted to buy..which was stained ..How can they behave like this to people who don't want to buy stained and dirty , overpriced stuff?They have to think of more than just money,it's a charity shop after all,not a high street store, customers are mostly people who don't afford some stuff..Sad

Went here today to drop off some stuff I dont need , looking in shop while waiting looks alright .

This place is managed by a very beautiful young lady very knowledgeable and helpful.
