Ive been trying to find a flat for 6 months now and out of the 100s of letting agents in London I can state that the team at Hamptons are the most professional, dedicated and responsive of agencies. I have been communicating a lot with Milton who has arranged 5 properties for me over the last 2 months and really dedicates his time in responding to my emails, sends me regular updates by whatsapp and suggests other properties coming on the market. What I really appreciate is he knows I cannot pick up the phone every time and will share property details by email and arrange viewings without all the frustrating hassle you get with other agents (we know the ones...) - on top of this the Hamptons team treat you with humility and do not discriminate towards those not from full time employment backgrounds. We need more people like Milton and the Hamptons team in the private rental sector.

Its no surprise to look at other reviews and see consistently excellent feedback for the Hamptons Stanmore team, and in particular for Josh who was our main point of contact. We sold our house through Hamptons and the experience has been great. They are extremely responsive, diligent and reliable. They provide pragmatic and realistic advice and guidance throughout. The service doesnt stop when you hand your keys over - Josh has been on hand to help with the handing over of post and questions our purchaser has had since moving in (what does this button do?). Special mention to Carlton, Darren and Stephen too. Its been a pleasure and we would recommend them to everyone, they are a lovely bunch. O + G
