        I have recently been assisted by Ray and Marta. It was a very smooth and efficient process they have guided us from viewing to referncing and has updated us on a timely manner. Moving to a new house is very stressful but we are very thankful that we went to the right letting agency.

        Thanks Teyanna and Marta of Ellis Co... providing good service by sending heating engineers to fix our boiler as quickly as they can ...so that we have hot water again in short time in these cold weather... Thank you so much!

        The most shocking agency I ever dealt with. Awful customer services specially from Mr Howard Star. Lack of professionalism, terrible communication and extremely rude. The only person who you can trust is Rackesh, complete gentleman. What a nice guy.
