If there is a zero star, definitely I will give them zero.... I saw an ad on a renting website for a property in stanmore, I called them, did the viewing, put an offer and got accepted. What happened after that was totally a nightmare for me and my husband and kids... We were here in Uk for 1.5 months, staying in an hotel, it was a veeeeery distressing situation, we were finally happy when our offer for the property got accepted, immediately we payed all the money and did the whole requested checks. BUT GUESS WHAT !!!!! before the moving date which was the 17th of March, they called us on the 16th of March at 5 pm to say that we are sorry you can't come tomorrow because we "ACCIDENTALLY DISCOVERED THAT OUR CLIENT IS NOT THE LEGAL OWNER OF THE PROPERTY " what the !!!!, what is your level of professionalism to ACCIDENTALLY discover this now????? After we have already done checkout from the hotel???? They said their client's mum, which is the owner, may be able to sign by the 1st of April but "WE CAN'T GUARANTEE " she might also refuse. We left with no choice but to wait. Few days later we recieved an email from Chancellors stating that unfortunately they did the electricity check for the property which was UNSATISFACTORY AND THERE IS A POTENTIAL DANGER, and it will take further 28 days to fix. Imagine we have moved with our kids to the property which was potentially dangerous because of the negligence of such a state agency, they never respect their clients and the safety of our kids. I will never trust them, that's why I immediately asked for full refund, which takes days and days, and several emails to get MY MONEY back, furthermore they re-put the property back to market while they knew it is not safe. I will never advise anyone to deal with such an agency with zero level of professionalism.

Great experience so far. Particular thank to Kevin-Agyemang Owusu for taking the time to show us the properties and waiting even if we were late and trying his hardest to arrange viewings.
