        Knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy, with great customer service. My family have been customers at Sophia's on countless occasions; to purchase, get repairs, and have items valued. We have always been 100% satisfied with the quality of workmanship. Just picked up two rings after having them repaired and couldn't be happier with the result.

        Very poor company. Ordered during Black Friday and no item to be seem. Tried to get in touch via email, social channels and phone but no answer and have now been blocked.
