  • A Parlour

    Very poor experience both with my order and their customer support. I ordered a matching towel and robe, however, the colour of the items received did not match in the slightest. Apparently, as per their terms and conditions, the products do not need to match - they matched in the marketing photos though! They were extremely unhelpful, very slow to respond and refused to give me a refund or offer an alternative.

    Wow they have some bad reviews on here but that wasnt my experience at all. I purchased a xylophone for my toddler and the dog ate one of the sticks, which was annoying! I emailed them to see if they had individual sticks for sale and instead of just sending one out they sent a WHOLE NEW XYLOPHONE FOR FREE. I would have been happy with just the stick tbh because not sure what I am going to do with two xylophones, but I appreciate the sentiment.

    Ive purchased items from this company several times but most recently I purchased a pair of (non personalised) slippers for my daughter for Christmas. The slippers came up small so I wanted to return them. Despite claiming on their website that all returns are no hassle there is zero information anywhere on their website about how to actually return an item. After contacting them Ive had to go through a long winded and drawn out process trying to return the item and almost two weeks later I still havent been able to return it. This process included sending them proof in picture form that the item wasnt personalised because they couldnt tell from their own system? Ive had to wait in for two full days for a courier to collect it who never turned up twice, there was no apology from my 1st years for this. They simply just sent me an email asking me to post the item (and pay for it) myself instead. There is no continuity in messages and Ive had to repeat several times I want a refund. Poor & lazy customer service.
