This class is a great way to improve yourself. Karim works on many aspects. He makes kung fu accessible without losing its authenticity. Just some of the benefits I have found are Fitness, left and right side of the brain connection, breathing, general well being. Kung fu is truly a way of life and Karim has all the skills and knowledge to help you. Its never to early or late to start

I've been doing kung fu and tai chi with Karim for ~ 6 years now. I mostly started to improve my posture, but I have enjoyed training, and found it has been really good for my overall health. I'm in much better shape than I used to be. And there's nothing to make you forget about life's problems than throwing 500 punches while being shouted at to go faster! If you're interested in learning, or in getting in shape, I'd highly recommend trying - I've personally found learning about the human body, and learning the technical side of movements, very interesting.

Wonderful class, nice and friendly. Regular training will strengthen your body and improve your fitness, but if you want MMA or a class where you beat seven bells out of each other, this class will probably disappoint. This is a class that teaches a martial art, where the philosophy can be carried through and improve other aspects of your life... hrm, I sound like a fortune cookie. Aside from learning a very technical style, the Instructor Karim also has a wide knowledge of physical education/advice that works in concert with the style. (For example, he gave me guidance on a particular diet to take to lost weight and lo, in a 100 days (or so) I'd lost my target weight of 11kg!)

I have studied Fujian White Crane for around 6 months now and I enjoy every moment of it. My posture, fitness, flexibly and strength has improved tenfold within this time. You are pushed hard; beyond your limits. Karim is an intense instructor with wide knowledge of the body. He not only teaches you, but he also explains why it should be done that way rather than another. I would highly recommend trying this class if you wish to practice the martial arts.
