I have known and dealt with Alan Tibber for almost 20 years. During this time I have nothing but praise for the quality and personal attention he has given through numerous occasions. Always available and very easy to communicate with. In recent years Anisha Patel, senior solicitor, has provided an absolute thorough and professional service and it has been an absolute pleasure for her to deal with my transactions. Having been through a painful leasehold property sale - Neil Boonin was a lifesaver - several times he had to interpret and guide the buyers solicitor and he did this as second nature. He is professional and his communication is outstanding! I would highly recommend Neil and if I could award more than 5 stars on this review I would. Never has a good review been more warranted. My experience was generally good apart from when I was sent an engrossed lease to sign and return. It contained a clause I didn't understand and asked the solicitor what it referred to. She didn't know - but was nonetheless happy for me to sign!!

Experience with Neil Boonin has been nothing short of excellent. We were 1st time buyers and he made the process simple and easy to get through, answering all of the silly 1st time buyer questions we had. He was efficient and attentive to our emails and provided updates regularly. Could not recommend anyone more for their home purchase. Will be sure to get in touch with Neil again if and when we move in the future.
