Leah is amazing! Thoughtful and careful, she doesnt whip through the haircut. Spends time with her clients and will make take time making adjustments. No rush, great style, trust her with your head! She is fantastic and saved my hair who someone else totally ruined. Leah is an absolute professional and takes care of you 100%. Her colour correction was totally amazing and I had a great time too. Since Leah recommended a keratin treatment on my hair, I swear by it and will get it done every three months with her. It's such a nice feeling finding a hairdresser you can trust. I have had my hair cut and highlighted with Leah at Hair Lounge for a couple of years now and I couldnt recommend her more highly. Leah is very thorough and meticulous, she always makes sure Im happy with everything and does a brilliant job. She is clearly very talented at what she does. Leah is also a lovely welcoming person and cares a lot about her clients. I have also had a great experience with all the shampooists and other hairdressers (including Leah N, Emma etc.) who are all very warm and friendly, and give excellent blow dries. *DO NOT GO HERE* I have had an extremely bad experience with this hairdresser's! If I could give zero starts I would. I came in to get a balayage (specifically with some portions of it reaching upwards so it appeared natural) and I had already blonde hair that had grown out. The hairdresser 'Leah' only bleached the already bleached portion of my hair. I had to return for my first 're-do' to get highlights put in so that the initial request could be fulfilled of having some portions of the balayage reach upwards. The hairdresser made a severe error where a toner was applied that turned my hair bright ginger. I had to return for a second 're-do' to remove the ginger where I was told it could be fixed by dying some of the portions of ginger with a brown tint. The same hairdresser 'Leah' instead of following what had been agreed, dyed brown all down to the ends of my blonde hair and over the balayage and highlights I had paid for. I have gone from having a head of blonde hair with some roots to now having brown hair without my consent. Upon complaint, Leah was extraordinarily rude. Despite communicating with her during the dying process that I do not want the ends of my blonde hair touched, she was adamant it wouldn't be noticed. After explaining I am not happy, she marched off saying 'I can't deal with this'. It was offered to me to speak to the manager by phone because there was no manager or receptionist on site all day, the gentleman on the phone was not receptive and wanted to charge me for the re-do. I have spent three months returning to this place to attempt to get the same service. I have spent over 200 and ended up destroying the quality of my hair to end up with more brown hair then I initially went in with (when I was asking for blonde). Please avoid any services provided by Leah and please avoid this hair salon. I firmly regret coming here! Services: Hairstyling, Hair coloring
