        My son walked 20 minutes as he was happy last time. He is only 13, they abruptly told him they are closing and they are advertising open till 7. He is upset as he has a party tomorrow and wanted new haircut. Called number who said they should be open. Staff obviously leaving early and not caring for customers.

        Communication is terrible, which ruined my experience, if you can't understand what has been asked of you, don't go getting grumpy with your customer and making them feel like a inconvenience.
