Etheridge reached out to us on My Builder after we posted the work we were looking to be carried out. Initially we accepted as we thought it'd be good to have as many quotes as possible. From the moment we began dealing with them, we noticed a stark difference between them and the other window companies we had dealt with. A good difference! In the first visit, they were responsive to everything we mentioned, not a single bit pushy, and didn't try to sway us in a different direction on our choices. The follow-up quote communication was brilliant, all issues/questions were met with a complete "can do" attitude. We were never once made to feel as though we were being awkward or picky when we stressed on some choices. The work took only a total of 4 days. We had all of our windows replaced with flush casement windows; a new composite front door; and a French door installed from a window. All of the work was completed to a very high standard and the 2 fellas fitting them (Craig & Marty) were both brilliant, tidy and total grafters. Both assets to the company. We would genuinely recommend them to anybody. They are a fantastic family run company and judging by the way they operate, they take great care in making sure their customers are happy. We are 2 very happy customers and couldn't have asked any more of them. (Please don't let our scabby bricks on the before and after photos detract you from the windows and front door!)
