We purchased water bottle filling station units from MIW last year to install along the length of our town promenade, their customer service was second to none; the units are good quality, also easy to install; the feedback we have had from the public has only been positive. MIW have been available for follow up support when required, always being quick to reply to queries.

My 21 year old Elkay water cooler recently developed leaking after many years of regular domestic usage. After failing to remedy this myself, I contacted the manufacturer who referred me to MIW as the European Master Distributor appointed by Elkay. Mike Winter responded promptly to my dilemma, and after some initial discussion regarding the problem kindly sent me two new faucet taps free of charge. This has now cured the leaking problem. His swift and most helpful assistance has saved me the cost of purchasing a new cooler. I can therefore not only recommend Elkay as a durable product but also MIW as a professional and expert Company.
