Im shocked at the facial I received here, I really should demand compensation but hate all that palaver. 1. To give an idea of how well my face was cleaned and treated - when I left the room at the end and went to bathroom, I had smears of my mascara under eyes. 2. Twice during treatment some sort of cream was applied. It was done what felt like slopping it on the face randomly and massaging it without any technique at all - hands would glide over my eyes, or left some areas of the face untouched by the product. Not only that, both times it was removed with a towel soaked simply with cold water from the tap, leaving my face dry. 3. All creams and treatments were repeatedly massaged right into my hair for some reason, so I left with greasy hairline. 4. And microdermabrasion itself I felt it was scratching my skin, so a manger came in to explain it was supposed to feel like that. Fine, no problem, I agreed. So the beautician kept moving it around my face in, once again, completely random pattern.: stayed on my left cheek for ages, didnt even touch the nose or chin, glided it over forehead once or twice. She clearly had no idea how to use it. Terrible, terrible experience.

Ada took care of my skin. I did the pigmentation treatment facial for dark spots. This treatment is for dark skin- Ada is knowledgeable about dark skin as not a lot of spas in London have treatments for dark skin.
