Amazing magazine , horrible subscription service if you live overseas .( Canada ) I always enjoyed this magazine and would purchase it in the stores , but quite often it would not always be available so I decide to purchase a subscription . I signed up in early December and did not receive my first subscription until late March ( January edition ) .I can understand there would be a delay , except I would see the magazine in my local shops months before I received my copy . At first I though because it was a new subscription there might be a few kinks to sort out . This trend of receiving delayed delivery continued . By early July I had not received my May edition, I finally emailed customer service , they apologized , but they could not send me a hard copy of the magazine as it had sold out so it had to be sent digitally . They also had extended my subscription period by 2 months . I finally felt like the problems where finally going to be corrected , but I was wrong . The delay of 2 to 3 months continued through the remainder of my subscription period. Could I have received a digital copy of the magazine , absolutely but I chose to have a physical copy of the magazine . I also expected to have a slight delay to delivery as I was in Canada , but I would constantly see the magazine in the local shops on time ( January's edition actually available in January etc. ) . It was such an unfortunate ,frustrating and disappointing experience . Needles to say I did not renew my subscription .
