    I had the best session with Charlotte at Complete Pilates. As someone who has always trained with weights, this type of training was completely new to me. However, it was a great workout and really helped my lower back pain the following day.

    I've been going to the Chelsea studio for 7 months now and it's excellent. I work mostly with Jana, who is great, but have also worked with other instructors who are all of consistently high quality. Instruction is tailored to your particular circumstances and notes are kept which means handovers across instructors are very smooth. A really good experience and it's made me much more conscious of how I move.

    I have been going to complete pilates for many years and have had various instructors, all of whom have been very well trained and gave me great bespoke 1 to 1 workouts. Through pandemic have been doing virtual classes which are great as well

    I have been using Complete Pilates for a number of years to improve my core strength and more recently to assist my recovery from some spinal surgery. The Chelsea studio is an excellent space containing a wide variety of equipment and extremely knowledgeable instructors who have been able to tailor a training/rehabilitation regime to allow me to get back to being very mobile and flexible. The sessions have built up to be quite challenging, similar to spending time in the gym and my overall strength has developed just from Pilates alone. The exercises work specific parts of the body or muscle groups and are much more intensive than they look to the naked eye. I also like the fact that at the studio there are a wide range of physios specialising in different parts of the body so you can pair Pilates with rehabilitation from back problems. Having spent more than two decades sitting at a desk, a couple of Pilates sessions a week is essential to keeping my body in good shape to allow me to play tennis or golf regularly without pain.
