A very enjoyable day and amazing photographer. She definitely made it an experience and shes was amazing. The hair and makeup was good and would recommend for mother and daughter experience.

Bought a "Experience Voucher" presented as a luxury pampering day. Was sold to me on the hoof at a trade show. I paid 120. No mention that we would be expected to pay an additional 50 deposit per person to make the reservation. Also no mention that we should take 4 changes of cloths and that at the end of our "experience"we would be "expected" to review photography and while not technically mandatory, " heavily encouraged" to purchase photography. It is my personal view that this is their business model and the pampering experience day is simply a distraction to get customer in the door and then sell photography. This is not my idea of relaxing. I would strongly reccomend reading the reviews on their website. The information I gleaned above was from reading their website reviews and my subsequent interactions with the salon staff via the phone and email. I did not attend the experience and requested a refund. This was only forthcoming after my bank intervened. I can say the salon staff were pleasant on the phone and that I have no personal experience of the "onsite service" but it is my personal view that the voucher is deliberately opaque and misleading.

Really fun experience, whole team were really friendly and welcoming! Me and my boyfriend really felt pampered by the whole team and enjoyed the experience. Recommend for couples as weve never done this before but we were given directions and made to feel relaxed. The only thing is the photos are quite expensive so be warned.

Great experience at the Gallery SW3. Everyone was very kind, professional and made our day very enjoyable. Hannah did a great job with our hair. Hasan did the best makeup I could have asked for, he uses the face like canvas for fine art. Lauren made the photoshoot so much fun and took amazing pictures. I would definitely recommend for the experience and for great shots too.
