        changed pharmacies over , they turned up late , made me wait outside in the rain , said there was no prescription and come back on the afternoon, l told them they had it and then they miraculously found it but didnt have medication , not good enough ,

        Ordered LFT online and given a code to collect from boots in Stanley, met by little miss attitude saying "we havnt got any, it does say it on the sign on the door " 1, what's the point in ordering when they havnt got any and 2, your staff need to complete customer service training. So rude.
