Was let down last minute by the consett branch after making an antigen test booking for a important flight to Brazil. So after making contact with Janine at this branch, she sorted everything out for us immediately, i really can't thank her enough, as we were travelling to London that day for our flight and without her input would of stood to lose a lot of money. Thanks again Janine !!!

Lloyds pharmacy Stanley most of the staff have poor attitudes towards their older co workers, they don't practice infection control and a lot of cross contamination happens here!!!

I have booked online for the flu jab and accordingly with their online booking system, I was entitled to have it for free as I am a key NHS worker. Only to get there and be told that I can't have it, because on their list doesn't specify nursing staff from hospital, it's for social workers, carers, etc. I did said that I am a staff nurse and I work in intensive care, but didn't count.
