I began sessions with Tyrone in September 2014. He has given me much needed motivation, and each session is individualised and challenging. I have had other fitness trainers in the past, but Tyrone really goes that extra mile to make his customers happy and come back for more! I highly recommend Bethefittest!

I have been training with Tyrone and Bethefittest since February 2014. My agenda when i started was to loose 3 stone and reduce the size of my stomach (body fat) and then begin building lean muscle. Tyrone is without a doubt the most knowledgeable and professional Strength and Conditioning coach i have worked with. Every session is different which keeps things interesting, but be prepared for LOTS of hard work! So far i have lost 2 stone and 4 inches from my chest and waist. Outside of our weekly training sessions, he has provided me with a meticulous diet plan which i have been following and on my independent training days he has instructed me on the best exercises for the results i desire. I gladly recommend him as a top personal trainer in Chelsea and certainly one of the best in London that i have worked with.

I was recommended to Tyrone from a friend and initially booked a package of 10 sessions which lasted just under a month. I really needed the push and motivation. Since having started, I've absolutely enjoyed every session, i have been with a few personal trainers and Tyrone's service provided was beyond what i expected. His planning, specific analysis every week and fun training sessions resulted in great results. Highly recommended!

My wife and I have been training with Tyrone once a week for the last six months. His sessions are varied and good fun, but be prepared to work hard! Our fitness levels have improved significantly and we both feel better for it. Not only does he get your heart and lungs working harder than you ever thought they would, Tyrone's expertise ensures every exercise is done properly and effectively. Even when we go away for a couple of weeks, Tyrone is more than happy to provide us with some exercise routines to take with us. We had no particular goals when we started out, but I can safely say that we have both felt the benefits of our sessions with Tyrone. If you're prepared to sweat, work hard and be pushed, choose Tyrone as he's a great guy who makes training fun, if not slightly painful at times!
