    My biggest struggle was lack of knowledge and consistency. My goals were to improve my overall body composition, building muscle, reduce my body fat and have a more toned and athletic look to my physique.Ollie is extremely knowledgeable and has a real passion for working as a coach. He taught me how to train with proper form and technique.Something I lacked in the past was having someone to hold me accountable, without it I always seemed to fall short of my goals, on days that my motivation was low he was there to motivate me and push me through the workouts.After working with Ollie I have lost almost 5% of body fat and packed a decent amount of lean muscle. As a result, I am much happier motivated and discipline person and cant wait for the next phase of my training with him.

    The best part about working with Ollie is realising that success doesnt demand perfection. He taught me that its about habits, and about changing little things over time. Consistency and compromise were the two biggest things I learned from my sessions over the last three years. As a result, Ive been able to change my body shape and my fitness levels in a way that feels sustainable, and without feeling like I have to give up certain foods or change my lifestyle completely. Ollies style and approach made it really easy for me to integrate regular exercise into my day to day routine, and to overcome my fear about weights and new exercises. He is infinitely patient when Im learning And his sense of humour make the sessions fly by. Absolutely recommend him to anyone who might be on the fence about personal training, as well as to those looking to make a change to their fitness and health lifestyle!

    Before I started personal training with Ollie I was doing random classes around London. I never really had a plan and lacked consistency because I own my own business so some weeks I find it easier to find time to train then others. Ollie helped me gain clarity in exactly what I wanted and helped me built a step by step plan to help me get there and gave me really enjoyable workouts to do at home when I couldnt find time to get to the gym. He also held me accountable with weekly tasks and targets which I found really motivating. I am extremely happy with my progress so far and cant wait to see what I can achieve going forward. I would never have got where I am if I hadnt started my sessions with him.

    I first met Ollie back in 2015. I was at an all time low, my marriage had recently ended and I was struggling both mentally and physically. I had trained off and on myself and had personal trainers in the past but nothing ever stuck and I felt lost in the gym. I was out of shape, binge eating and going out drinking far too often. Ollie introduced a training plan that I could stick to, and I quickly started to see results. He also helped me to understand my diet which is something I was really struggling with, and to maintain a calorie deficit for weight loss which was my goal at the time. My experience with Ollie completely changed my relationship with training and exercise in general. The key for me is having a personal trainer that is experienced and knowledgeable; able to teach proper form, which is the most important factor in your training. Ollie definitely practices what he preaches! I continue to train regularly, and still have personal training sessions with Ollie 7 years later! Highly recommended!
