        Unable to get any reply from this care home where my best friend at school is now resident. She needs stimulation, and it's impossible to get talking to her since moving in here. NOT VERY GOOD!!

        I'm giving Ellsmere House a ONE Star because it only takes ONE MEMBER OF STAFF TO SPOIL EVERYTHING, ESPECIALLY THE SOCIAL WORKERS WHO THINK THAT THEY ARE GOD, My Best Friend Pat Brody was a resident for 11 Years, sometimes the staff thought that all the visitors had left, to their Horror, I was there and I saw how a minority of Staff were Abusing, how can I put it, The Inmates, of course I went absolutely mental, screaming and abusing the people abusing my Best Friend Pat, they always tried to play it down, NO SHE WAS TALKING TO A MEMBER OF STAFF, I DON'T GET IT, YOU DON'T TALK TO ANYONE IN THAT MANOR, I've seen it all, Familys abandoned Loved Ones, it's a Vicious Circle BUT THEY HAVE TO LIVE WITH THEMSELVES, YOURS TRULY SEN MCGUIGAN
