Avoid this agency at all costs. Worst customer-service experience that I've had in my whole life.

Terrible agents and with zero integrity who are happy to mess people around and tell lies. We were assured exclusivity if we made an offer on a property, and our offer was accepted on this basis. Two days later they claimed they had received a higher offer, despite the exclusivity agreement. The property continued to be marketed by Chestertons, and was not marked as sold STC on their website or portals. We were then told in no uncertain terms that the buyer would take our offer if we matched the new offer, as we had been first to the table and they wanted to give us a chance. So we agreed to match the offer, but the next day were told that the other party had 'unprompted' increased their offer overnight. As if someone would simply offer more money overnight within 24 hours of their first offer without needing to and without being prompted. We were clearly lied to multiple times by the agent, and led on to keep making offers simply for them to be used for leverage elsewhere despite promises of exclusivity and guarantees the buyer would take our offer. Rowland King, Head of Sales for the area, didn't even have enough respect to pick up the phone to tell me and sent an email instead, despite promising to call. Cultures start at the top, so if this is the behaviour of the Head of Sales, it's safe to assume nobody at Chestertons can be trusted. I won't be viewing any properties through Chestertons moving forward, and they will miss out on the opportunity to rent out another property I own, and the opportunity to list another property I own for sale next year.
