        Worst taxi company in the consett/stanley area, everytime I've rang for a taxi they ask where from and as soon as I tell them it's no sorry we've got nothing ring back on half hour so when I do its the same answer got nothing for however long, if you need a taxi ring somewhere else or get a bus they'll be quicker

        Its an very-very bad experience.Ive booked taxi at 3:05 but it comes up at 3:35 when I asked to the firm they said because its a school run they dont have taxis available but they didnt told me this before when i was booking the taxi because if they said this to me at that time i would not book the taxi with them and they loose their money. Never book the taxis with them again
