Horrible clinic! Appointments are never on time. Very slow service and less effective. I waited 1 hour for my appointment and half an hour to book a new one as the system failed to book me in!+blood test taking ages to be booked by the nurse ! I really dont advice this clinic !

I just had the most appalling experience with Dr Sarah Riaz at HCA Healthcare. I was stuck in traffic and running late for my appointment. I rang her secretary to tell her i'd be late and she told me the doctor was also running late and she would let her know but it would all be fine. On arriving, I waited for 30 minutes (with two small babies in tow which I'd asked about ahead of time , i didnt want to bring them but had to and this appointment was urgent). When the doctor came out she said I'd missed my appointment. I explained about the call to her secretary, and rather than apologising and saying she hadnt got the message and there must have been a mix up, instead she told me i was lying. She said there was no way that conversation took place and that her secretary would have had no idea if she was running late or not. I didnt know what to reply to this as i was so shocked at her aggressive response. I assumed the secretary would have been in contact with her - I know that conversation took place, I have the call records to prove it. I tried to explain to her and she repeated that it didnt happen. To be told I am lying, in front of a full waiting room whilst I have two babies with me was a really shocking and upsetting experience. This appointment was urgent in its nature and it took a lot to get there and she was both rude and unapologetic. I am still in shock at the way I was spoken to. It was an appalling experience.
