Awful. inexperienced physios who basically try and upsell the whole time for other services. They arrive 5 mins late, spend 10 mins reminding themselves of who you are, treat for 10 mins max and finish 5 mins early for half an hour sessions...total waste

Awesome class. Personalised to build strength without risking injury. Physio led with small class size makes it very much a personal training experience. Great way to get back to serious exercise post rehab.
