I used John D Wood for the first time. I have been renting my property for 10+ years. I was considering one of the online agents to reduce costs. However, Will Richardson convinced me in a gentle, not a hard sell approach. I was assigned Louna on his team who was exemplary from start to finish. Everything WIll committed to was delivered and more. Not only was Louna Del Barrio in constant communication and so passionate about finding me the best tenant but also her style and ability to wait for me to come to decisions about lowering prices (vs pushing me). Plus her guidance was spot on as we secured the higher price by following her strategy around pricing to get viewings and then securing multiple offers. It was the best experience I've ever had with an estate agent. Helpful, customer centric and nothing like the stereotypical hard sell. Instead it was consultative and secured a great outcome.

Extremely disappointing service and business practice. after agreeing verbally on a property let, accepting an offer and taking a week rent as deposit the agents kept viewings in the property and presented another offer to the landlord. in a later stage refused even to submit another offer to beat the asking price. I am deeply disappointed in this letting agency and will not be using their services again. I have never had to deal with such rude and quite frankly, immoral values from a business before. I would give 0 stars because they do not even deserve 1 after the way me and my family have been treated.

I have recently re-let my 2 bed flat through JDW Chelsea. I am delighted with the service I have received. Ed provided excellent advice thoughout the process and Byron has provided excellent service, handling everything quickly and efficiently. He couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you all.
