Received the latest product catalogue home so got my eyes on a couple outfits. Dropped by the store the next day and happily found those items. The sales assistant named Edelweiss (I hope i got it right from the receipt) she was lovely and attentive, helped me fetch the correct sizes. Hopefully, the alternative can be done on the items as the leg length was way too long for my height.

Love this brand and I use the online Harper try before you buy which is excellent! The shop staff on the kings rd arent all that, bit of a letdown if thats your first experience of this brand.

I haven't been to the shops, but i have been buying from them online for the last 2.5 years or so, probably discovered them during various lockdowns. Very good quality clothing, sizing accurately reflected/measured 90% of the time and shown on the website, so buying online, if you have your measurements on hand, is easy enough and reduces any need for returns. Prompt delivery, easy returns policy. I love their dresses, denim jackets, especially summer ones in cream wear so well, most items one can hand-wash, which is a plus given how much clothes these days is dry-clean only. Excellent to shop when they have sales on, as discounts are minimum 30% often up to 70%. I can only say good things about this brand, and I love supporting local businesses. The prices hiked up way too much for my liking in the last 12 months, which just means i buy more on sale, ie wait till then instead of buying as much "new-in". Perhaps something they should take into account, because most of my friends who buy the brand feel the same.
