        The boiler engineer was polite, friendly and very thorough. He explained that the boiler was under guarantee and that a noisy fan should be reported , which we have done and would not have known about it if he had not informed us.

        Outstanding boiler engineer! A very professional, pleasant, and experienced individual came and fixed our broken boiler. They dispatched a representative on a Sunday to inspect the condition, ordered a specialised part, and completed the task by Tuesday. Working with them was enjoyable.

        Annual service required. Call and they might come the next day for cancellations. He arrived on time and did a great job. I wanted the boiler fill loop moved to a better location. They sent a quote that afternoon and installed it the next day. It doesn't get any better than that.
