Best tile shop in London, bar none. Excellent products, but beyond that the customer service was top top notch when we came up a few tiles short and needed help urgently. Thank you again!

Echoing a few others' reviews, the sales person who served me is horrible. Tl;Dr: go to the shop right opposite to this. The gentlemen there were miles better than those who work here. The person who served me might be busy and hence didn't want to serve, if that's the case just hide in the office. He was arrogant, didn't listen to his customers, and didn't think before answering our questions. If you are after someone just to give you a few samples of the tiles then go there. Don't expect any customer service from them at all.

What an amazing team at the Fulham Road Showroom! I had to order extra tiles of the Hoxton pink porcelain to finish off my kitchen and they were so efficient and helpful. Not only did they keep me updated on the delivery dates, they also invited me back down to the showroom to start discussing a few options for my bathroom project later this year... I think it's going to have to be the Violetta marble. Thank you to the whole team for all your hard work!

Cannot recommend Mandarin Stone, Fulham highly enough. Especially Nikki, who went above and beyond to help us design our dream bathroom. Exceptional products, customer service and value.
