        Bought leather trousers for 770 before Christmas the button at the waistband is in the wrong place as it shows the top half of the zip when I wear them. The zip starts to come down. They are not tight. Took them in 4 weeks ago with a simple request to move the button one centimetre apparently too hard for their tailor. If I did not chase this up I would not even had a phone call. Appalling service. Clearly a rubbish tailor as its easy to move a button or put a new one on.
