        I returned a bag almost a month ago, with the full promise of a refund. I wasnt convinced of the authenticity. Either that or Chloes standards have gone down hill! Despite proof of delivery, phone confirmation they received it back and now chasing numerous times. Still no refund! Is this a scam company? Will have to try and get the credit card company to get my refund.

        Badly painted. It looks as if a child had painted, even had a hair on the painted leather . It is very lumpy and feels weird to the touch. It's very uneven. I feel disappointed.
