Just wanted to share my recent experience with you that I had with regards to your products. Me and a friend just moved into an old house that had been refurnished by Walking on Wood. We immediately fell in love with the beautiful wooden flooring . We wanted to give my compliments to the company for this fine work they have done.

I was very pleased with Walking on Wood. They're very professional at hardwood flooring and we were very pleased with the customer service. Throughout the entire process the manager went above and beyond what was necessary to match the specifications we came up with. Would highly recommend!

Genuinely some of the worst customer service we have ever experienced in many years of working in London in design. As soon as the order was placed and payment made, the manager became consistently rude / difficult to work with. Highly surprising. An extremely disappointing experience, unfortunately. We should've listened to advice we received from other contacts.
