Fantastic service! I didnt think our site could be fixed. They fixed our hacked website and essentially saved a whole business from going down.

Unfortunately a very bad experience. We were getting a lot of spam through our contact form and requested a "I'm not a robot" recaptcha to be fitted to eliminate this, but instead they fitted an invisible one that was useless.Infact spam levels increased after this. When i asked for a refund i was completely ignored for days-no refund and no constructive comments or solutions to rectify the situation

Very happy with the service that I received from fixed.net! Was looking for a one-time option instead of a subscription. They did an amazing job cleaning up malware from my site, and went back to troubleshoot for me when I inadvertently left open a gap for the malware to return. Would definitely recommend!

One of my Wordpress site's was compromised and multiple javascript files had been injected with malicious code. One of the Fixed.net agents was assigned to my task and promptly removed the issues within hours. The only improvement would have been if they were able to establish how the account was compromised in the first place. Good service, would definitely use again.

If you are looking for that technical support team to back you up or just tiered of paying too much to have your website updated - this is the team. I have been working with them for several months and referred several other clients. they are awesome and very helpful on phone or online. and the price is awesome.
