I was waiting for 10 minutes outside when there were only 2 customers inside and when I came in for about 1 minute, two other people can just come in even though no one went out during this time. I was there to collect my order, but I was so angry and returned at the same time because people are not slaves when they buy from you! And they didnt show me the detailed of the thing when I collected, only gave me the packed box. When I returned, they also not showed me all the proofs but just told me it was done. The staff are very rude and treated customers as thefts, as beggars, as people who need to wait outside to let them feel better.

Arrived. Rang bell. Doorman opened and told me she was on her own, and busy, so I would have to wait (outside) or come back later. Said Id wait. Ten minutes later I rapped in glass and when doorman came I asked him if he could just ask if she would be interested in a certain garment I had brought along. Just a yes or no. He didnt feel comfortable doing that while she was busy. I left.

The opening hours for the King Rd shop are very inconvenient. Why is it only open on weekdays at the exact same time as corporate working hours. That makes no sense. Not good opening hours at all if D.Ex wants to keep up with your competitors. I had a new condition Herms Birkin to show to the team for resell. Ive since gone elsewhere.
