I have just rang and spoke to JULIE receptionist to get my son to see a doctor. I explained all the concerns I have she then interrupted me had a conversation with another member of call centre. I then asked excuse r u talking to me.. aww no she then said so whats wrong. My reply as u imagine wasnt as polite. Told her if she listened in first place instead of having chat with staff. My son unwell Im worried.very rude. I asked her name she said there I go make a complaint. Said dont worry I will. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Formal complaint is going in and when I arrive At surgery Ill be asking ti speak ti Julie
