        I only wanted a double glazed unit to replace one that misted up over the winter. I got in touch with Classic Windows and they got back to me immediately confirming size, price and lead time. I collected it on the day agreed and everything was perfect. Good price, and very good customer service.

        In response to your reply. I do feel that my parents have had a negative experience with your company. The bifold doors that your company provided are not fit for purpose. After seeing this on Thursday evening the men from your factory assured my mam that they would return on Friday to fix this problem. This problem has gone back and forth for weeks and is no further forward. I will not be removing my review as this is my experience. I am unsure of what legal action you would like to take
