This 3star review is due because the clean started out great... however in such a short space of time i have had 4 cleaners come and go and then i have another stranger in my home someone else to learn the routine due to us living in a big property, takes a few weeks for that person to get into a routine then we are changed again. I expressed my concerns and get told it was "childcare issues" which i understand been a parent but what failed to realise was that i was in touch with the cleaner and actually requested her to drop my clean as someone in area needed work even though they were aware of my frustration of changing cleaners and the current cleaner also expressed this, he did not take this into consideration ,Constantly responded with lies about childcare so i cancelled my clean. For him to message my husband about the final invoice and then add the fact he wasn't happy about my review. Its intimidating and unacceptable from a business. These are people that you should be able to trust! Not have manipulation tatics from when you leave there services. Service: Standard cleaning
