My daughter has visited this job centre on more than one occasion to seek help regarding self employment as she has a degree in music and would like to start a career in this with seeking maybe a part-time position to help with income and enquired about what support is available for her as she has a disability and has the condition of Aspergers Syndrome. I am disappointed in the lack of regard for her disability and offered no help or support of referral to a supportive outside agency whatsoever. The staff here need to be trained in disability that is not always visible and should understand that they need more help to obtain help and advice. I will be formally complaining regarding this member of staff. My daughter wants to work unlike many who do not. No help they told her to move!!!
