        Our interior designer ordered many products on our behalf from Julian Chichester but on delivery a minority of items weren't quite to our taste. After attempting to return or exchange we were told these (very expensive) items couldn't be returned - even with a restocking fee! Official advice was to sell them on an auction site such as eBay!!! Avoid!
